Carolinas Business of the Year
Real Opportunities. Real Impact.
Compete. Connect. Change Lives.
Over several months, participating companies compete for the title of Carolinas Business of the Year by organizing and leading their own fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, employee engagement, auctions, events, and community support.
Teams work alongside Dream On 3 staff and dedicated campaign coaches who provide strategy, resources, tools, and ongoing support throughout the experience.
What starts as a campaign often becomes something much more meaningful as businesses build lasting relationships with Dream Kids and their families while directly funding life-changing Dream On 3 programming.
Why Companies Participate
Participating companies have the opportunity to:
- Strengthen company culture and team connection
- Create meaningful community impact
- Engage employees in a shared purpose
- Build relationships with clients and partners
- Gain visibility alongside respected business leaders across the Carolinas
- Attend and participate in one of the region’s most inspiring nonprofit events
- Help make life-changing dreams possible for Dream Kids and families
The Dream Gala
The campaign culminates at the annual Carolinas Dream Gala, an unforgettable evening celebrating the mission of Dream On 3, honoring participating teams, and crowing the Carolinas Business of the Year winners.
More than 1,200 business leaders, athletes, community partners, supporters, and Dream Families gather for one of the region’s most energetic and inspiring nights of the year.
