Angel Thompson is an inspiring ten-year old that has been battling a malignant brain tumor for over four years. In March of 2010, she underwent her first surgery to remove the large tumor in her cerebellum and brainstem. The doctors were able to remove 95% of the tumor but needed to proceed with a second surgery which occurred in March of 2012. The second surgery was then followed by 18 months of chemotherapy. Angel still continues to fight the good fight, for someday she will be cancer-free!
Her Dream: Believe it or not, Angel is a hunter and has had good luck this past season with three deer kills under her belt. In the woods is where Angel feels happy and at home. Her sports dream is to hunt with a professional and learn from the best…and if someone from Buck Commander happens to be that person, even better!
