Meet Jaymin, a kind, easy-going, and sports-loving 11-year-old from Aurora, CO. This sweet young man is living with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome (RTS) since being diagnosed at just three months old. RTS causes moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, a physical development delay, and distinct facial features.
Due to RTS, Jaymin has experienced speech and growth delays compared to his peers. But Jaymin doesn’t let his RTS hold him back! He is friendly and loves to play all sports with people of all ages and skill levels. When not playing or watching sports, Jaymin enjoys reading, eating pizza, watching Disney movies, and spending time with his pet tortoise, Dash. Jaymin is a Christmas fanatic and has been known to dress up as a dancing Santa for Halloween.
Jaymin loves trying new activities and traveling to new places, but his favorite thing to do is play sports with friends and family, especially baseball! Jaymin enjoys all Colorado sports, but his favorite team is the Colorado Rockies. Jaymin’s Dream is to meet Charlie Blackmon and be a VIP at a Rockies game.
