Sweet Natalie had the most spectacular sendoff at the Notre Dame School of Dallas two days before her Dream officially kicked off so her school could be a part of the surprise before holiday break! Students and staff lined the hallways as Natalie ran through the school to her family waiting for her out front in a limo.
On Saturday, Natalie’s family and friends waiting patiently out front of her home to help send her off on her Dream with love and well wishes. Natalie’s Gigi, Papa and cousins all got in the huddle with us to officially kick off weekend!
From here, the limo took Natalie to Paint and Palette Splash Paint where Natalie had a blast. After a delicious lunch at Mexican Bar Co., the crew headed to our official Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders meet and greet! The meet and greet started with a private tour of the Cowboys Club as well as the Cowboys Cheerleaders studio. As Natalie is a dancer, she was so excited to see the studio!
As the DCC were preparing for their Christmas Extravaganza, Natalie was beaming. Her infectious smile lit up the room and her excitement was palpable as she was able to meet members of the team. She even performed one of her dances for them as they cheered her on! KayDianna MacKenzie made sure Natalie had all the iconic poses down in a fun side by side impromptu photo shoot. Each one of the team took intentional time with Natalie and all of them said she gave the best hugs! After performing together and posing for photos, Natalie was gifted a signed team photo and her own personal set of poms! Her time with the team ended with a signature Dream On 3 huddle.
As the team went to finish getting ready for the Christmas Extravaganza, we were escorted outside to our VIP seats on the plaza. We were truly treated like part of the Dallas Cowboys family. We sipped hot cocoa & watched the incredible performances, including Santa and his elves, Rowdy the mascot, and of course Natalie’s beloved DCC!
Day two kicked off at Ninja Kidz, where Natalie showed off her impressive strength and determined personality. We fueled up afterwards with lunch before heading back to the hotel to get ready for the big game.
The Cowboys hosted us in an incredible suite for the game and even treated us to pre-game field access. Natalie got to play catch with some the staff, get up close for warm ups and even made a new friend on the sidelines!
Natalie was the good luck charm as the Cowboys pulled out a last minute win over Tampa Bay!
