Talley is a kind-hearted, resilient, and bright young adult from Thornton, CO. Regardless of what life has thrown this girl’s way, she has met that challenge with a smile, and a relentless pursuit to persevere!
Talley was diagnosed with Leukemia the same week as her high school graduation. After thinking that she had a tough stomach bug, getting this life-changing diagnosis was hard for Talley at such a pivotal point in her life.
To help her through this tough transition, Talley fell in love with the Denver Nuggets as they made their magical 2023 NBA Championship run, alongside her treatments. Talley and her little brother watched every game, analyzed every stat recap, and watched post-game interviews.
Talley especially loved all the content that was produced by the Denver Nuggets Social Media team – leading her to pursue this as a potential career as she is currently enrolled at CU Boulder and taking classes.
Talley recently rang the bell to signify the end of treatment and is now cancer free!
