Meet Noah

Meet Noah! This 14-year-old from Clover, SC is the definition of grit. Courage. Perseverance. Resilience. Noah faces obstacles with a passionate heart and shows unyielding commitment to accomplishing his goals.

Noah was born with a congenital birth defect and by the age of 1 his leg had to be amputated. As a result of the amputation, Noah lives with a prosthetic limb and has undergone seven major surgeries. To say the least, his journey has been difficult.

Noah’s optimistic spirit is not a coincidence. He inherited this character trait from his father, but several years ago, it was placed to the test when his dad was unexpectedly diagnosed with Leukemia. During this trial, his dad looked to Noah for motivation and made it his life-mission to obtain a master’s degree from Noah’s dream college…The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill!

Noah is a Tarheel born. Noah is a Tarheel bred. Noah’s ultimate sports dream would be to attend his first UNC Football game and support his future Alma Mater! Go Heels!

Noah's Dream

Dream Kid Noah, the ultimate The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill fan and Dream Kid Bryce, the ultimate Clemson University fan, had the most incredible weekend at the #ACCFootballChampionship! Both boys were surprised with school-wide sendoffs Friday morning. Shout out Philips Academy and Clover Middle School!

From there the boys and their families headed to the official press conference, where they were able to see Carolina Football Head Coach, Mack Brown, and Clemson Football Head Coach, Dabo Swinney, talk about the matchup. Dabo even singled out Bryce in the crowd giving him a warm welcome as well as allowing him to ask the final question of the press conference.

After the press conference, everyone headed to the field and met and number of players. Bryce also go to spend 1:1 time with Dabo, who also signed autographs for him.

The night ended with both families enjoying a delicious meal at Fahrenheit-Charlotte.

On Saturday, the families enjoyed time at Topgolf before heading to Bank of America Stadium for the official showdown between the Tigers and the Tar Heels. After spending time at the official ACC FanFest, the ACC Network reporters invited both boys on stage to meet the broadcast team.

Upon arrival to the stadium, the boys and their dads headed down to to the field to watch from the sidelines. Here they met a number of players from each team and even met ACC commissioner, James Phillips, who gifted BOTH of them jerseys for their respective teams.

Both Bryce and Noah were welcomed on the jumbotron and were included in the coin toss. Yeah, the COIN TOSS! Here, Noah had the opportunity to get up close and personal with UNC QB, Drake May.

Special thanks to the Omni Charlotte Hotel and the Atlantic Coast Conference for going above and beyond for our Dream Kids and their families.
